The Opportunity

Are you a mature Christian leader who models Christ in word and deed? Are you passionate about leading trauma-informed, non-judgmental, woman-centred care and programming to marginalized women in the Downtown Eastside? Do you have strong teamwork and leadership skills? Are you experienced in nurturing a vibrant organizational culture and spiritual health? Well that’s precisely what the Manager, Stabilization & Recovery does. In this position, you will oversee: program development, operational effectiveness, and personnel issues. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Women’s Recovery & Housing, to discern and implement the strategic vision, designing programs that utilize best practices and foster effective outcomes. If you have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ; 5 years of related work experience, including management expertise; a Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Social Sciences, then this could be a great fit!
