Are you a mature Christian leader who enjoys and is gifted with leading and developing others, as well as fostering collaboration relationships—both internally and externally? In this position, you will: manage, supervise, evaluate, and coach staff, using your well-developed Emotionally Intelligent and leadership skills. You will also work closely with the Director of Women & Families Programs to: develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate housing and aftercare programming, using your wealth of addiction and recovery expertise, as well as housing experience. If you have a strong relationship with Jesus Christ; 3 years of related work experience, including both management and housing experience; a Master’s degree in Counselling, Social Work/Social Sciences or Leadership (or a BA with 5 years of related experience), then we want to hear from you!
You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
